You can either print it off from this page or contact the Village office to figure out the quickest method to get a copy of the Application to Vote to you. THE VILLAGE OF PORT CLEMENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MAIL DELIVERY PROBLEMS WHICH COULD DELAY THE RECEIPT OF THE BALLOT AND RESULT IN IT NOT BEING COUNTED FOR THE BY-ELECTION.
